DafriBank™ is looking for a seasoned Director of Business Development professional. The ideal candidate should be well connected in the fintech, banking and crypto-blockchain space. A successful candidate will bring strong experience and ability to forge long-lasting relationships. In this position, you will be required to work with the CEO, product, and marketing teams to inform strategic decision-making across DafriBank
**•**5-6 years of professional experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts and partners (fintech, Banking, crypto funds, VCs, brokerage firms, blockchain projects, and crypto exchanges).
**•**Preferred: currently working as an investor at a VC, fintech, Banking, crypto funds, brokerage firms, blockchain projects, and crypto exchanges and familiar with fintech evolution.
**•**Strategically conduct and manage outreach campaigns and initiatives to generate qualified leads and prospects; Create and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
**•**Excellent sales, pitching, communication, relationship-building skills.
•Represent DafriBank at industry events and conferences; Promote our brand, build awareness, lead sales pitches, develop offers and proposals for partners.
**•**Lead business development projects, partnerships, joint ventures, strategic alliances.
**•**Evaluate potential prospects in the banking, VC, Ecommerce, fintech & Crypto- blockchain industry; research and analyse partnering options, and propose successful partnerships to the internal teams for consideration.
